Approach
Assess. Build. Hand over. Keep it running.
Every engagement follows the same four phases. You see the plan and the price before any build work starts, and you own everything at the end.
Phase 1
Data & AI Assessment
Two weeks, fixed price. I map every system and data source, score where you stand and write the plan. You keep the plan either way.
Phase 2
Build
Fixed-scope projects taken straight from the plan. Each one has a price, a finish line and a result you can check.
Phase 3
Hand over
Every account and every line of code is in your name. You get plain-English documentation and a walkthrough for the people who will use it.
Phase 4
Retainer
Most clients keep me on a monthly retainer afterward. I watch what I built, fix problems before you notice them and give you a straight answer before you buy the next tool a vendor is pitching.

The Data & AI Assessment
Two weeks. I inventory every system and data source your company runs on, score how connected and AI‑ready it is today and hand you a prioritized plan. You keep the plan whether or not we work together.
- A map of every tool, who uses it and what data lives there
- A connected-data score and an AI‑readiness score, with the gaps named
- The three projects worth doing first, with what each would cost and return
- A 60-minute walkthrough with you and your leadership team
Example scorecard: home-services company
$999 fixed price · 2 weeks

Metrics that run the business
Start from what you want. Then pick the numbers.
Most dashboards start from whatever data is easy to pull. I start from the goal and work down. Each level answers a different question, and only the bottom one gets looked at every week.
Worked example: a commercial cleaning company, 60 staff, $6M revenue
Goal
What do you want to achieve?
One or two outcomes, in plain words, with a date.
Grow revenue from $6M to $8M in two years while holding a 15% net margin.
Lagging KPIs
How will you know you got there?
The results. They tell you the truth, but only after it's too late to change them.
- Monthly revenue
- Net margin
- Client retention
- Average contract value
Leading indicators
What moves those numbers before they move?
The activities and early signals your team controls this week. This is where the work happens.
- Proposals sent per week
- Close rate on proposals
- Site inspection scores
- Complaints per 100 sites
- Crew overtime hours
Weekly scorecard
Are we on track this week?
Five to ten leading numbers, each with an owner and a target. Reviewed in the same meeting every week.
Metric Target This week Proposals sentOwner: Sales 12 9 Close rate (last 4 weeks)Owner: Sales 30% 33% Average inspection scoreOwner: Operations 92 94 Complaints per 100 sitesOwner: Operations 2 or fewer 3 Crew overtime hoursOwner: Operations 120 or fewer 104
When a scorecard number goes red, you know which lagging KPI is at risk weeks before it shows up in the books. I build the scorecard to update itself from the systems you already use.
Not sure where to start? Tell me what's frustrating you.
I'll tell you honestly whether I can fix it. If the answer is no, I'll point you to who can.
